For our local foodbank to become securely computerised without any technical skillsets available.
A locally ran .NET application that can be launched from a simple download without any installation. The database is available using Microsoft Azure cloud that can only be accessed from the .NET application AND access is locked down to the IP address ensuring absolute control over access. Access protocols were built in to the application ensuring compliance at system level.
With no data stored on site there is no fear of data from laptops or computers being removed from the site. Very strict search functions ensure a client’s can only be accessed once all of the right information had been entered. It was imperative that no subject’s record could be access without that subject being present and this was achieved.
